Personality: Evare is very quiet around most people besides close friends. almost never does he talk anymore though due to most of his friends dieing. he has one friend left and that is his sister Zalianah but he dosent see her anymore due to his leaving from konoha. the akatsuki calls him the silent shinobi along with most of the world. not many people hear his voice. when Evare fights, he fights calmly to not lose consentration but he makes small saracastic jokes to make his opponent lose concentration and get angry so Evare has the upperhand.

This Nin-jutsu can only be used when evare is in his 2cd state of amythist, his kekkie genkai, but once evare uses this nin-jutsu he gets very weak.

Ninpou: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique Created by Kurosuki Raiga and used By Evare. One of Evare's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his sword. Drawing his sword and his hand toether, Evare will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around Evare form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Raiton kage Bushin no jutsu

Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned

Kirin is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Sasuke/Evare will first launch fireballs into the sky above using his Gouryuuka jutsu. These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. Sasuke/Evare will then form A strong Raiton jutsu and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon his target. Because he is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.

History: ACADEMY ARC
When Evare was put in the Academy he was one of the most skilled academy students of them all, but also the youngest. he was always fun and outgoing when he was young, he had many friends and he was liked by all the girls. his best friend was Riacloud Uchiha, which also happened to be his brother. they were both very skilled at all the ninja arts such as ninjutsu and taijutsu and loved to train together. they were the same age and were the same in everything, ninjutsu, taijutsu, Even genjutsu. Evare Graduated the academy at age 7 and Riacloud followed shortly after that.

GENIN ARC
After they graduated Evare and Riacloud were conveniantly put in the same Cell together, along with Brasenga and there teacher Togimaru. during missions Evare and Riacloud were very skilled and worked together very nicely. Riacloud had the element of wind and Evare fire so when using jutsu's evare would use a fire jutsu and Riacloud would use his wind techniques making the fire magnifie into a larger attack. they were destined to be together his teacher had said. One day they were on a B ranked mission to transfer gold to another village when they were ambushed by several rouge ninja called the Kage-kakashi. they faught hard but they were losing when Riacloud sacrificed his life heroicly to save Evare and his team-mates. he did a forbbiden jutsu that killed himself and his enemies and ended the tragic fight harshley. Riacloud was put off as a bad shinobi and broke the laws for using a fobbiden jutsu, for this he was not put on the shinobi grave stone but insted burned and then dumped in a river. Evare greived over this loss for a long time and hated konoha for what they did, they did not understand but Evare did. Evare eventualy got over it and continued to train and become better. after his freinds death Evare grew stronger, quicker, and smarter hopeing this would never happen agian and to protect konoha with all he could. Evare at this point was the strongest of his genin generation and was said to become Even a Sennin such as jiraiya. Evare passed the chuunin exams at age 10 Causing more envy and jelousy towards him from others.

CHUUNIN ARC
When Evare graduated to chuunin he learned his secondary Element Raiton, or lightning. he found a new sensei after togimaru died of cancer. his new teacher was skilled at raiton ninjustu and taught him well. through out missions as a chuunin, Evare lossed almost all of his friends in combat, Even his other cell mate Brasenga and Evare was torn inside. he was now used to the death of freinds but stop making them, his last freind was his sister, Zalianah Uchiha. they always were together and did several missions together but Evare didnt want to get close to her because he knew she might die if he did. Zalianah was later put in prison for killing her best freind to obtain the mangekyo sharingan and killing 6 anbu black ops. Evare was now alone and sad but he still did not let this get in the way of his duty as a Shinobi. Evare's death tole as a chuunin was already 150 and going. he was achknowleged as an A-ranked shinobi in the bingo books and the council of konoha were even talking about making him there war subject but this was not what Evare wanted. he was 12 years old at this point and was very skilled and Katon and Raiton ninjutsu and his Taijutsu was like Rock lee's, he was as smart as shikamaru and quick to learning as sasuke he was a master at his katana and could take down some jounin with ease maing him the idol of konoha. at age 15 he graduated to jounin

JOUNIN ARC
At jounin Evare was one of the most elite jounin in the village. he was one like Kakashi of the sharingan, known through out the shinobi world. at age 15 he was an idol of most in his village and others. most other village's shinobi feared Evare as an S-ranked shinobi and retreated at sight of the younge shinobi. at age 16 evare had mastered the art of Katon ninjustu and was even acknowlegded as a Sennin, also he was very skilled at the art of Raiton ninjutsu and had surpassed Sasuke and Kakashi at this art.. his death tole was up to 300 at age 17 and was clasifeid as an S-ranked jounin and was feared by all, even the hokage. he was a sensei of many but not once, has he passed a genin to chuunin, exept for 1, but that was a mistake. Evare passed Tsutachi Katon, a skilled younge shinobi as Evare was but after he did this Tsutachi murdered 7 people of his clan and Evare was the one who had to stop him. Evare treid hard not to kill the boy but just caputre him but there was no use, he had to kill him. After this Evare was tierd of bieng apart of a power hungry village and a subject of war and Ran away in hope of finding a new home. at 18 He had murdered up to 400 shinobi and was even more frightened then pein.


Rp Sample: The sun shined bright, not a cloud in the sky as Evare took a walk trhough out the forest taking a brake from being hunted down. he loved to just take walks and not have to worry about others. as he kept walking he came upon his old village konohagakure. "hmm, so much memories.... severed." Evare said as he glanced upon the beautifull village gates gaurded by chuunin and jounin of the village. Evare sat there glazing upon the village thinkning about his life inside those gates, sometimes he wonderes if he should have stayed but then he remembered how being a shinobi was. alls he did was work work work, and lose loved ones in battles, it was better for him to leave anyway.suddenly a jounin appeared behind Evare. "stop right there intruder!" he yelled pulling out his kunie knife. Evare turned around and revealed his face to the younge jounin. "E-E-EVare?" The jounin stuttered. "so you know me, what a suprise" Evare grinned. "s-stand down, your u-undr arrest" The jounin demanded. "come on, if you know who i am then you should know there is no chance in hell your going to beat me hmmm." Evare said laughing. suddenly evare pulled out his sword and charged at the man stabbing him in the gut. "anyone who hears my voice........ dies" Evare sai coldly as the man faintly died on the ground. "poor soul reminded me of myself" Evare said as he dissapeard
