Looks: (A brief description of what your pet looks like. Collor of his fur, size, things like that. You could also give us a picture if you have one.)

Personality: (A brief description of what your pet acts like. Is he agressive, smart, calm?)

History: (Where did your pet grow up? When did it meet your character? This history shouldn't be as long as your characters one, yet that is no reason to keep it short. Give us some detail.)

Jutsu: (Any jutsu your pet can preform on his own or in conjunction with its owner.)
